Level 3: Intermediate Coaching with Sam
Summary:
The next progression after Level 2 classes and courses such as
Beginner Plus, or Introduction to Olympic Recurve or Introduction to Compound Archery
Requirements:
Completion of one of the following paths
- 4-weeks Recurve
- Or 3-weeks compound course
- Or 4 beginner+ classes
- Or approval from the lead instructor
Focus:
- Continue to build and reinforce good habits from Level 2 classes and courses
- Expansion on overall shot process with focus on consistence, body alignment & movement
- Basic knowledge of equipment and equipment setup
Level 4: Intermediate Coaching with Bryan
Summary:
The next progression after level 3 intermediate coaching sessions.
Suitable for all styles of archery
Requirements:
Approval and/or recommendation from one of our senior archery coaches
Focus:
- Continue to build and reinforce good habits from Level 3 classes and courses
- Expansion on overall shot process with focus on biomechanical movements, transfer to hold and expansion
- Intermediate equipment knowledge and tuning
