Your kids should wear active clothes. They will the running around a lot!
You will have the full amount of time booked. If you would like more time, please let us know when you book so that we can incorporate that into our schedule. However, if you do not book more time, then we cannot provide you more time as others will be waiting to start their games.
If you booked a private party, no other people will join your group.
Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time in order to have enough time to sign waivers and welcome stragglers.
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance. However, spots sometimes do open up, so we recommend you give us a call.
Yes, we have hundreds of Nerf blasters available!
Our stated minimum age is 6, but we are flexible as long as the parents approve.
Yes, during the activities there will be between one and three animators with the kids depending on the size of your group.
No, however we are more than happy to help arrange catering or provide the phone number for pizza delivery.

We recommend gym attire with clean running shoes, and closed-toe shoes for the Rage Cage. All other equipment is provided.
We accept cash, credit, and debit.
Yes, but Sports de Combats will not be responsible for any damaged personal items.
Yes, we clean and disinfectant each mask after every use.

Changes in booking are treated and regarded as a cancellation (same cancellation policy)
Booking Change: If you would like to change your booking time please email info@sportsdecombats.com.
Booking Cancellation: If you would like to cancel your booking please note our cancellation policy:
- 24 hrs or less: 0% refund
- 24-72 hrs: 50% refund
- 72+ hrs: 100% refund
Booking Mistake: If you make an incorrect booking, don’t worry! We got your back, just email us at info@sportsdecombats.com to make a booking change.
We have blocked certain time slots for events we are hosting at that time.

Sports de Combats is not responsible for items left in cars or on the premises. Lockers are available on site for personal items but individuals must provide their own lock, or rent a lock from our reception.
If your friends any family are not participating in the activities, they can absolutely come and hang out for free. We love the company!
Yes, for public bookings it is likely your group with be paired up with others. If you want to book for a private party, please e-mail us at info@sportsdecombats.com.
Yes, you can call Uber or a Taxi.
We post them up on our Facebook page. If you don’t see your photos in the next few days, you may message us on Facebook or e-mail us at info@sportsdecombats.com.
No, it is not, but feel free to be as loud as you want, it’s part of the Sports de Combats ambiance!
No, we cannot start later because usually there will be other groups booked along with your group or immediately after.
There are no water fountains on the premises. However, we do have chilled water bottles for sale for $1.00 each.
Yes, but you will need to bring your own lock or rent a lock from the reception.
We have a 6 hours cut-off time for booking online. If you would like to book a time and it is not there, you may e-mail us at info@sportsdecombats.com to see if there are still spots left.
