Google Ads Audit Tool Privacy Policy
The Sports de Combats Ads Audit Tool is an internal, read-only reporting tool. It accesses Google Ads information from Sports de Combats' company-owned advertising account to prepare internal performance and measurement reports.
1. Who we are
Sports de Combats Montreal is a sports-entertainment venue located at 5335 avenue Casgrain in Montreal, Quebec. In this policy, "Sports de Combats," "SDC," "we," and "our" refer to the organization operating the Sports de Combats Ads Audit Tool.

2. Scope of this policy
This policy describes how the internal Ads Audit Tool accesses, uses, stores, and protects information obtained through the Google Ads API. It applies specifically to this internal reporting workflow.
3. Google Ads information accessed
The tool may access the following information from company-owned Google Ads accounts:

The current tool does not use the Google Ads API to collect customer names, customer email addresses, customer telephone numbers, booking records, payment details, or uploaded customer lists.
4. How the information is used
Google Ads information is used only to:
- prepare internal advertising performance reports;
- review search intent, delivery, landing pages, and competition;
- evaluate measurement quality and reporting configuration;
- identify potential inefficiencies or opportunities;
- prepare recommendations for review by authorized SDC personnel; and
- support internal planning and advertising decisions.
The tool does not automatically apply recommendations or make changes to Google Ads.
5. Sharing and disclosure
Sports de Combats does not sell Google Ads API data. Access is limited to authorized SDC employees and contractors who require the information for advertising analysis and oversight.
We may use authorized technology service providers to operate, secure, or support the internal reporting workflow. Those providers may process information only for the services they provide to Sports de Combats and subject to applicable access controls and contractual terms. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the security and integrity of our systems.
6. Storage and retention
Reports and derived files are stored in access-controlled company workspaces or systems used for internal advertising analysis. We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for reporting, comparison, troubleshooting, legal, security, and operational requirements. Unneeded exports and credentials are removed according to our internal access and retention practices.
7. Security
Sports de Combats uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the tool's internal reporting purpose. These include limited account access, dedicated credentials, read-only Google Ads permissions, minimum-data reporting, and review of access when personnel or responsibilities change.
No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to reduce unnecessary access, collection, and retention.
8. Google API data
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy , including its Limited Use requirements where applicable.
9. Access controls and questions
The Ads Audit Tool is not a public application and does not offer public account registration. Authorized users may contact the SDC API administrator regarding access, correction, or deletion of internal reports associated with their work.
