      Secure your spot in the arena. A 50% deposit is required upon booking to lock in your time slot. Weekend afternoons fill fast—don't wait until the last minute.
      Combat Gear
      Dress for action. Athletic gear is recommended, but closed-toe shoes are 100% mandatory. No sandals, no flip-flops allowed in the combat zones. If you aren't wearing sneakers, you're sitting on the bench.
      Arrival & Briefing
      Don't be the guy who holds up the squad. Show up 15–20 minutes before your time slot for waivers and gear-up. Late arrivals pull away from your own activity time—we run on a tight schedule.
      Alcohol Policy
      Beer and wine are permitted in designated areas (like the War Room). However, intoxication before or during activities is a major safety violation. Keep it sharp until the weapons are put away, then celebrate.
      How far are you from Downtown Montreal?
      We are incredibly close! Located in the heart of the Mile End, we are just a quick 7-minute walk from the Laurier Metro station. Your team can easily jump on the line and get to downtown clubs, hotels, or restaurants in less than 15 minutes.
      Are our activities private?
      Absolutely. Every single event booked with us is completely 100% private to your specific group. Your squad gets exclusive access to your chosen targets and combat tracks with dedicated coach supervision—no random strangers will ever crash your lanes.
      Can our group split up for different activities?
      No, group splitting is not allowed. To ensure maximum safety, dedicated coaching, and a streamlined itinerary, your entire group will move through our private tracks together as one unified squad.
      What happens if we are late?
      Our schedules run on strict, automated booking blocks. If your group is late, your game slot cannot be extended, meaning your arrival delay directly reduces your private arena track time. Don't leave your game-time to chance!
      What if fewer people show up than expected?
      Because target blocks, private arena tracks, and dedicated safety personnel are allocated ahead of time based on your reservation, no refunds or balance adjustments can be made for absent group members on the day of the event.
