Bring Your Own Smash Box
Bring additional items to smash alongside your booked package.
- You must be able to carry your own box or bag into the room.
- It must fit through a standard doorway.
- Recommended: glassware, dishes, mirrors, ceramics, and similar breakables.
- Glass bottles must be empty and cleaned before you bring them in.
- Electronics: all electronic devices must be shown to a staff member for inspection and approval before entering the room. Batteries are not accepted.
Not Accepted
Organic or liquid materials, CRT screens or monitors, CFL light bulbs, fire detectors, air conditioners, fridges, or any other unsafe item.
Unsafe items will be refused.
Smashed & Recycled
Our breakables come from donations and local sources whenever possible.
- We give items one last purpose before disposal.
- Waste and debris are sorted after every session.
- Anything that can be recycled is recycled.

What is Rage Cage?
Rage Cage is Sports de Combats' private demolition-room experience in Montreal. Your group gears up, selects a package, and safely smashes a variety of breakable items in a room reserved just for you.
How long is a Rage Cage session?
Your complete visit is approximately 60 minutes. It includes check-in, safety instructions, gearing up, choosing smashables, and approximately 30-40 minutes in the Rage Cage.
Is the Rage Cage room private?
Yes. Every Rage Cage session is private for your group. We have different rooms for groups of 1-8 smashers at a time.
What is the age policy?
Rage Cage is recommended for ages 18+. Participants aged 16 or 17 require parental consent and supervision. Participants under 16 cannot participate.
What should I wear for Rage Cage?
Rage Cage can get hot, so a T-shirt and light, comfortable clothing are recommended. Closed-toe shoes with sturdy soles are required. Open-toe shoes and thin-soled shoes are not suitable. If needed, we provide work boots at no extra charge.
What safety equipment is provided?
Your protective equipment is included: coveralls, a full-face helmet, gloves, vest, knee and elbow pads, neck protection, and work boots when needed.
What happens before we start smashing?
Your visit begins with check-in, a safety and rules briefing, a room walk-through, a souvenir photo, and playlist selection. You then gear up and choose your smashables before entering the Rage Cage.
Can I choose what I smash?
Yes. Your package determines the breakables included, and extra items and add-ons are available online or on-site. You can also add prize-wheel spins and select larger electronics when available.
Can I bring my own items to smash?
Yes — bring a Smash Box or bag in addition to your package. You must be able to carry it yourself, and it must fit through a standard doorway. Glassware, dishes, mirrors, and ceramics are great options.
What items are not allowed?
Unsafe items will be refused. This includes CRT monitors, CFL light bulbs, organic or liquid materials, fire detectors, air conditioners, fridges, and similar items.
Can we play our own music?
Yes. You can connect your playlist to the Bluetooth speaker and smash to your own music.
How do we receive Rage Cage footage?
Bring a USB stick and give it to your animator before the session. Your Rage Cage footage can then be saved to it.
What ID do I need to bring?
The booker must bring valid photo ID. The name on the ID must match the waiver, reservation details, and payment card used for the booking. If you are booking for someone else, email info@sportsdecombats.com before the visit.
Can I make photos or videos?
Yes. You are welcome to capture photos and videos during your experience, while following your animator's safety instructions.
What if we have a group larger than eight?
Please contact us before booking. We can help plan the best setup for a larger group using our available demolition rooms and session timing.
Do I need to reserve in advance?
Yes, booking in advance is strongly recommended, especially for evenings and weekends. Rage Cage sessions are private and availability can fill quickly.
